A Legacy in Print

The Federation of International Cable TV and Telecommunications Association of the Philippines (FICTAP) launched its Coffee Table Book in time for its 25th Founding Anniversary, with the official launching held on December 8, 2024, at Sampaguita Hall A, The Manila Hotel, One Rizal, Ermita, Manila. The Coffee Table Book was subsequently officially released on March 14, 2025

This commemorative publication serves as a powerful and tangible communication tool for brand storytelling—showcasing milestones and achievements, engaging stakeholders, and preserving the association’s institutional history. Unlike a fleeting digital presence or a simple brochure, its physical form gives it permanence and prestige.

FICTAP’s Coffee Table Book chronicles the humble beginnings and success stories of several cable TV companies in the Philippines, alongside the conception and establishment of FICTAP in 1999. It also features the dynamic cable TV operators who have continuously led the organization, keeping its members united and the association strong through the years. Notably, three of FICTAP’s founding officers and members of the Board continue to serve on the Board to this day—testament to their enduring commitment and leadership.

These founding officers and Board members include the National Chair, Mrs. Estrellita “Neng” Juliano-Tamano; the then Vice Chair for the Visayas, now serving as Board Secretary, Ms. Leizl Lim Gregorio; and Mr. Jose Delmendo, who played a pivotal role in bringing the then FICAP members to the United States to attend the California Cable Show and later spearheaded the forging of a sisterhood with FICAP.
